How To Give
The Bible clearly states that we are to be good stewards over all that He has entrusted to us. The Foundation wants to be one part of a member’s lifetime stewardship plan based on this Biblical principle.
Those who contribute to the Foundation are those willing to share a portion of their accumulated wealth, over and above their annual giving to the church. The Foundation may receive current or deferred gifts including:
- Cash
- Temporary Gifts
- Property
- Life Insurance
- Marketable Securities
- Homes or Vacation Homes
- Memorials
- Benefits from an IRA or 401(k) retirement plan
- Contributions using a donor advised fund
- Bequests under a living trust or will

We encourage all members of Second to remember the Foundation in their wills by designating a percentage of their estates or a specific dollar amount to the Foundation. In this way, our love for God's Kingdom will be a part of Living Out Our Legacy.
